The Midget LL Huskies continued their winning streak, at home on Oct. 25, when they faced off against the Saugeen Shores Storm.

Those who scored in this period were Kyle Schieven, Derek Kaufman, Cole Hollands, and Andrew Callahan, with assists by Kaufman, Justin Hooper, Hollands, Cole Mackey, Travis Marshall and Jesse Genereux.
In the second period Marshall scored another for the Huskies assisted by Callahan and Hunter Burgess. Hayden Sharpe then scored one more goal for the Huskies assisted by Johannes Fredrickson, and with no more goals in the third period, the Huskies took the 6-1 win.
Then the Huskies travelled to Drayton to take on the Drayton Defenders on Oct. 26 in a rather long, penalty filled game. While the Huskies didn’t exactly win the game, they didn’t lose either, as the game ended in a 3-3 tie. Goals for the Huskies were scored by Burgess, Fredrickson and Tyler MacDonald with assists by Callahan, Marshall, Joel Thompson and Fredrickson. Two of these goals out of the three were power play goals as well. Good job Huskies!
