The Novice Rep team came out strong and held their own on Sunday afternoon in Durham.
On November 21st the Novice Rep Huskies hosted the TCDMHA. The first period was held scoreless as both teams showed strong goaltending. The Huskies found the back of the net six and half minutes into the second period with Abby Doney scoring her first of the season, assisting was Owen Rahn and Aiden Ferrier. TCDMHA answered back a minute later. The third period showed more great goaltending with Tanner Ball making some fantastic saves for the Noice Rep Huskies. The go ahead goal came from Josh Veerman with four minutes left in the game, assising on his goal was Sterling Lofthouse and Dylan Tilley. An insurance goal was scored with 33 seconds left in the game with Owen Rahn finding the back of the net. Assisting on his goal was Abby Doney and Sterling Lofthouse. The final score was 3-1 in favour of the Durham Novice Rep Huskies. A great effort put forth by all the Durham Novice Rep squad.
