The Midget LL Huskies ended their 08-09 season recently, as the top team in the Northern Division and finalists in the Central-South Division, in a best-of-three series against the Mount Forest Rams, which was lost after two games.First the Huskies faced the Rams at home on Mar. 26. Unfortunately, the Huskies were defeated 8-2. Both of the Huskies goals were scored by Kyle Green, with the only assist going to Brandon Stevens.Then the Huskies travelled to Mount Forest, on Mar. 27, for their second game against the Rams. The series came to an end when the Rams defeated the Huskies 5-1. The lone goal was scored by Green, unassisted. Overall, the Huskies had a great and very entertaining season. Way to go Huskies!
