A very close game played in Teeswater last night! Huskies started out the scoring in the first period by Owen Rahn assisted from Ayden Elliott and Owen Schenk, with the Otters scoring right after to tie up the game. In the second period Owen Rahn assisted by Alex Hastie scored the second goal for the Huskies with the Otters scoring 2 after. In the third period Owen Rahn scored assisted by Tatum Behan, and 2 other goals both scored by Mitchel McNabb assisted by Ayden Elliott. Unfortunately the Otters scored 3 as well. With Mr. Hastie standing tall after a few fists thrown, it was a game that had you sitting on edge.

Mite (Blue) - 3rd Straight Win!!

Game#3-Durham Blue Mites finished off the day with a 3rd straight win beating Walkerton 10-3! Ryland, Nolan and Luke all scoring! Kyler made a good save while in net. You would have never known this was their 3rd game of the day as all players were still full of energy and working hard! Everyone should be proud of themselves for a great effort and an exciting tournament! 3 Straight Wins!! Yeah!

Mite (Blue) - Mighty "Blue" Mites Come on Strong!

Game #1-The Durham Blue Mites came out flying on Saturday morning in Ayton! Nolan and Luke came on strong and began with a great lead! Jade, Marshall, Ryland and Dawson all score resulting in an overall score of 19-2!! The team played well together and were excited to be taking part in the tournament! Game #2- Max and Dustin start out as strong skaters and are able to take some good shots on net. Nolan and Luke continue their strong skating and Dawson also helped to light up the scoresheet. Codee continues to work hard and skate well. Marshall made a great save in net and Ryland roughs it up in the corners! A great 2nd game win of 11-5 for the Mighty "Blue" Mites..all still full of energy and ready to take on Walkerton in their 3rd game..!

A great game played this afternoon. Durham brought out their game in the first and second period. The Huskies scored the first goal of the game in the beginning of the third period. Otters soon tied it up. Nate played a great game between the pipes, and the second goal for the Huskies was put in nicely at the end of the game. As rough as the Otters tried to play, the Huskies out did them!
